ÅKULLA KITCHEN & CAFÈ

The food we prepare is based on our Swedish seasons and prepared from scratch with consideration for people and the environment. Sustainability is one of our guiding stars, here we can reduce the climate footprint by mainly choosing organic and locally produced by our local producers and suppliers. Our choice of game meat is largely due to the fact that it is green listed on the WWF meat guide. You will also find local meat and charcuterie ingredients on the menu. This reflects our vision regarding sustainability, health and the environment.

 

We have a close collaboration with Halland's Matgille , the mission is that Halland's food sector should produce "good climate-smart food that contributes to a better environment and competitive companies."
