On arrival after the reception closes, an agreement applies when and where the key is picked up.
The accommodation must be paid for in order for you to have access to the key code.

Breakfast is included in Sporthotellet and Ekonomirummen. Dinner is pre-booked, served from kl. 18:00 in the restaurant.
PAYMENT
The booking amount is paid directly at the time of booking or must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation is made either by phone or e-mail.
Cancellation protection
Cancellation protection can be taken out for SEK 300 / room. The protection gives the right to cancellation and the money back.
With cancellation protection:
Free cancellation and rebooking until 17:00 the day before arrival.
In case of cancellation and rebooking later than kl. 17:00 the day before arrival 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Without cancellation protection:
Free cancellation and rebooking up to 7 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation later than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Covid 19 / disease:
In case of late cancellation due to illness applies to a medical certificate and a cancellation protection. This gives you the opportunity for free cancellation until 12.00 on the day of arrival.
SNOW GUARANTEE - CROSS-COUNTRY SKI PACKAGE
Åkulla Ski tracks: Snow guarantee 500 m tracks, if they do not meet the snow guarantee, there is the possibility of free cancellation.
