TERMS & CONDITIONS ​ PAYMENT The booking amount is paid directly at the time of booking or must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. ​ BOOKING RULES Cancellations are made either by phone or e-mail. Cancellation insurance Cancellation insurance can be taken out for SEK 300 per room. The protection gives the right to cancel and get your money back.

With cancellation insurance: Free cancellation and rebooking until 17:00 the day before arrival. If canceled or rebooked later than 17:00 the day before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. Without cancellation insurance: Free cancellation and rebooking up to 7 days before arrival. If canceled or rebooked later than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. Covid 19 / Illness: In case of late cancellation due to illness, a doctor's certificate and a cancellation insurance apply. This gives you the opportunity for free cancellation until 12:00 on the day of arrival. ​ ​

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GROUP BOOKINGS The definition of group booking 8 people

Booking/cancellation procedures Åkulla Outdoor Resort follows Visita's recommendations for conferences, group bookings and other events. Cancellations must be made in writing and are free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the event. The booking amount must be paid four (4) weeks prior to arrival, if the booking is made less than four (4) weeks prior to arrival, the full amount will be paid at the time of booking. ​ Free cancellation up to four (4) weeks before the day of arrival. Cancellations made later than four (4) weeks before arrival will be charged with 50%, cancellations two (2) weeks before arrival will be charged with 85%, one (1) week before arrival 100% of the value of the order. Reduction of participants from two (2) weeks to five (5) business days prior to arrival The customer has the right to reduce the original number of participants by a maximum of 10% up to five (5) working days prior to arrival. Later than five (5) business days prior to arrival, cancellation will be charged with 100%.
