When booking online, your card is entered into our system (Debited at the earliest 7 days before arrival date).

BOOKING RULES
Cancellation is done either by phone or email.

 

Cancellation protection
Cancellation protection can be taken out for 300 SEK/room. The protection gives the right to cancel and get your money back.

 

With cancellation protection:
Free cancellation and rebooking until 5:00 PM the day before arrival.
If you cancel or rebook later than 5:00 PM the day before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

 

Without cancellation protection:
Free cancellation and rebooking until 7 days before arrival.
If you cancel or rebook later than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

 

Illness:
In case of late cancellation due to illness, a doctor's certificate and cancellation protection are required. This gives you the opportunity to cancel your reservation free of charge until 12:00 on the day of arrival.

We have four dog-friendly hotel rooms, a fee of 200 SEK/dog is added.

Self-service/cleaning in our camping cabins - a charge of 800 SEK for guests who do not clean up after themselves in our cabins.

Cancellation for Pitches & Tent pitches applies as follows:
Free cancellation and rebooking up to 48 hours before arrival.
If cancelled or rebooked later than 48 hours before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Any complaints must be made during your stay so that we have the opportunity to fix the problem.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GROUP BOOKINGS

Booking/cancellation procedures
Åkulla Outdoor Resort follows Visita's recommendations for conferences, group bookings and other events. Cancellations must be made in writing and are free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the event.

 

• The booking amount must be paid four (4) weeks before arrival, if the booking is made less than four (4) weeks before arrival, the full amount is paid at the time of booking. Corporate bookings are invoiced after the event

• Free cancellation up to four (4) weeks before the arrival date. Cancellations made later than four (4) weeks before arrival will be charged 50%, cancellations two (2) weeks before arrival will be charged 85%, one (1) week before arrival 100% of the order value.

Reduction of participants from two (2) weeks to five (5) working days before arrival
The customer has the right to reduce the original number of participants by a maximum of 10% up to five (5) working days before arrival. Later than five (5) working days before arrival, cancellation will be charged at 100%.

For groups of more than 20 people, free cancellation applies two months before.

 

SNOW GUARANTEE - CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING PACKAGE
Åkulla Skidspår: Snow guarantee 500 m track, if they do not meet the snow guarantee, there is the possibility of free cancellation.

Booking confirmation
Misunderstandings can occur when booking, therefore it is your responsibility as a guest to take note of all the information stated on the booking confirmation, carefully check dates, options, allergies, price, etc.

Åkulla outdoor Resort is not responsible for lost or forgotten items. Contact info@akullaresort.se if you have lost or forgotten something during your stay. If the item is found and you are unable to pick it up on site, you are responsible for the shipping cost and an administrative fee of 300 SEK.
